This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing your use of our services provided through Deaf Umbrella Ltd. By enrolling in and using our CPD-accredited "Becoming a Professional Communication Support Worker (CSW)" course, you agree to abide by these Terms.

   - By enrolling in our course, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined on our website.

   - Course access will be granted upon receipt of full payment.

 

  1. Course Content

   - Deaf Umbrella Ltd. reserves the right to modify course content at any time to ensure the most current and relevant information is provided.

   - Course materials are for your personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission from Deaf Umbrella Ltd.

 

  1. User Responsibilities

   - You agree to use the course materials and resources solely for educational purposes.

   - You will not engage in any activity that may harm, disrupt, or interfere with the Company Deaf Umbrella Ltd.'s services or other users.

 

  1. Confidentiality

   - All information provided during the course is confidential and proprietary to Deaf Umbrella Ltd. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information.

 

  1. Refund Policy

   - Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of enrolment. Approved refunds will be processed according to our Refund Policy, as detailed on our website.

 

  1. Limitation of Liability

   - Deaf Umbrella Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

   - Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the course.

   - This Agreement shall be governed by law within England and Wales and construed in accordance with the Company’s Act 2006..

   - Deaf Umbrella Ltd. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
